Terms of Service

Welcome to donnydidthat.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make from it. The Site is operated by David Hauser, a sole proprietor based in Ohio ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

donnydidthat.com sells novelty vinyl stickers featuring satirical political commentary. All artwork and copy on our products is intended as satire, parody, and political commentary protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Our products depict caricatures or stylized images of public figures for the purpose of social and political commentary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representative of any political figure, party, campaign, government entity, or organization. Any resemblance of our products to real persons is for satirical or commentary purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By submitting an order, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons related to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout where required.

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. We aim to ship orders within one business day of receipt, but cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.

Risk of loss for products passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the carrier, but will work in good faith with you to resolve any issues.

All sticker sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, buyer's remorse, political disagreement with the satirical content, or any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage.

If your sticker arrives damaged or visibly defective, please email us at hello@donnydidthat.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the damaged item and your order reference. We will, at our option, send a replacement or issue a refund.

All content on the Site, including artwork, logos, copy, and the domain "donnydidthat.com" itself, is the property of David Hauser or used under license, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

When you purchase a sticker, you receive a license to use that physical sticker for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our designs without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive automated requests
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Resell our products commercially without our written permission

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DAVID HAUSER OR ANY AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless David Hauser from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or our products; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
